$4,800 per/wk for 2-4 guests
Add $600 for every two people up to ten
May 1, 2010 – November 19, 2010
November 27, 2010–December 18, 2010
$4,400.00 per/wk for 2-4 guests
Add $525 for every two people up to ten
Daily Rates are available with three night minimum
The Weeks of Thanksgiving November 20-November 26, 2010
Christmas and New Years December 18, 2010-January 1, 2011
$5,200 per/wk for 2-4 guests
Add $700 for every two people up to ten
For these weeks there are no daily rates.
There is a $500.00 security deposit.
$150.00 for maid service for groups over four or with children under 10
One half of the rental agreement is due within 10 days of confirmation and the balance plus security deposit is due 60 days prior to arrival.
